TOTAL Wellness

As a mom, wife, and professional, I have researched and experimented for over 20 years on how to have TOTAL Wellness.

Along my wellness journey, I found that most of us focus on one or two areas of health, which leaves us out of balance and still deficient in the others. But, by using more natural methods and a TOTAL Wellness approach, I was able to resolve many “health” issues (both serious and minor).

In the Bible, God often spoke through regular “folk,” and used them to exhort his people. It would be my privilege to share what I have learned and experienced with you.

Then, you will save time and money as we partner together to clear the confusion and remove the barriers to your optimal physical, spiritual, mental, relational, and financial health.

Using God’s simple plan, you too can move forward on your TOTAL Wellness Journey!

PHYSICAL

Physical health is critical for overall well-being. Some of the most obvious and serious signs that you are unhealthy appear physically, so getting back to the basics will give your body a strong foundation of vitality. This will allow you to fully pursue the other areas of health.

SPIRITUAL

Spiritual Wellness is where your relationship with God provides restoration, wisdom, peace, and power to accomplish your God-given purpose in life and reach your goals. Without it, any accomplishment is empty and short-lived, but with it, you will have joy and satisfaction.

MENTAL

Mental health includes your emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how you think, feel, and act. Time management, hobbies, thought patterns, etc., can change how you handle stress, relate to others, and make choices each day–including ones that impact your overall health.

RELATIONAL

Relational wellness encompasses the connections you have and how you interact with others. When you have strong personal and professional relationships, whether leading or networking, or loving, or serving–then you will have the support you need to flourish.

FINANCIAL

Financial Wellness involves learning how to make, handle, and think of money and resources. This includes your education and career choices, giving, spending and investing. Money plays a critical role in our lives and directly impacts our ability to have TOTAL health.
